White County Draft Comprehensive Plan
At its September 14, 2026 meeting, the White County Area Plan Commission approved the following comprehensive plan draft for public review. A public hearing will be held to receive input on the draft at the regular meeting of the White County Area Plan Commission, Tuesday, October 13 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the White County Government Offices at 110 North Main Street, Monticello, Indiana 47960.
The draft is split into two parts for ease of downloading – the substantive part of the draft itself, and the Existing Conditions Report that constitutes Appendix A of the plan. Questions or comments may be submitted in advance to the Area Plan Commission office at 574-583-7355, or emailed to American Structurepoint, Inc., at proth@structurepoint.com.
